This is accredited qualification is ideal for those working or preparing to work in a customer service role or where using the telephone is a part of their role. Delegates will also learn appropriate behaviour with customers as well as essential skills for dealing with difficult customers and complaints.

Entry Requirements

There are no prerequisites for this qualification but it is advised that learners have a minimum of Level 1 in Literacy or equivalent.
